Brenna Amburgey, a compassionate counselor, is dedicated to supporting individuals who feel stuck, out of control, confused, or impacted by significant life changes. She understands that each person has unique needs and is committed to walking alongside her clients at their own pace to explore and establish their therapeutic goals. These goals may include developing coping skills, identifying emotions, reducing stress, alleviating depressive thoughts, and enhancing self-esteem. Brenna creates a unique therapeutic relationship with those who are open to growth and committed to the process. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate various challenges on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. Brenna also collaborates with her fellow counselors within a Sexual Assault Treatment Program, where they offer a safe and supportive environment for clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Brenna believes that everyone possesses the potential for growth, and sometimes, all it takes is reaching out for help.
