Roberta's therapeutic approach is eclectic and integrative, emphasizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and being evidenced-based. With specialized training in Trauma Focused Therapy for both children and adults, as well as Grief and Loss, she skillfully incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to help clients effectively manage life's obstacles.
