As a Counselor with a Master's degree and a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) since graduating in 2001 from Webster University, Circle is well-equipped to support a diverse clientele, including preteens, teens, adults, families, and couples. Specializing in issues such as depression, trauma, and PTSD, Circle employs a range of therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Play Therapy, Family Systems, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), among others. With extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Nurturing Parenting Program, Circle is committed to fostering positive change in the lives of those they serve.
