Allison Kennedy, MA, LMHC, is dedicated to providing a queer and neurodiverse affirming therapy experience tailored to adults. With a strong focus on understanding and accepting the unique functioning of neurodiverse brains, Allison's approach encourages clients to share their life experiences in a safe and supportive space. She is passionate about empowering clients to thrive, employing various therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Culturally Sensitive practices. She holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University and is trained in Lifespan Integration therapy, which helps clear trauma and foster a strong sense of self. Committed to inclusiveness, Allison continues her education through an anti-oppression lens, ensuring that her practices resonate with all clients. She is licensed in both Washington and Missouri.
