Welcome to Collaborative Counseling! Anne Cahanin, a compassionate counselor and LMHC, helps her clients develop the skills and confidence needed to live their lives in healthy, meaningful ways. Anne's therapeutic practice is centered around her clients, fostering a collaborative relationship to help them achieve their goals. She specializes in providing support for a variety of issues, including relationship concerns, life transitions, career exploration, grief and loss, parenting, LGBTQ+ issues, women's issues, and personal growth. Anne feels honored to accompany individuals willing to share their stories, triumphs, and challenges, and she approaches each session with a non-judgmental mindset, helping clients view their obstacles in new and constructive ways.
