He specializes in supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges, drawing on his extensive experience with both children and adults across diverse settings. Mike employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Art Therapy, Trauma-Focused therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to tailor his approach to meet the needs of each individual. Currently, he offers Telemedicine sessions with plans to transition to in-person therapy when it is safe.
