Michele Costa is dedicated to fully supporting individuals on their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Together with her clients, Michele seeks to understand the storylines, strengths, values, and skills that can foster greater peace, resilience, and meaning in their lives and relationships. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington, Michele earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington, Tacoma, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University. She has extensive experience working with adults on behavioral health goals in diverse settings, including community mental health outpatient clinics and medical environments, as well as in people’s homes and geriatric settings. Using a blend of eclectic therapy approaches, Michele empowers individuals to access their own creativity, embrace personal transformation, and explore new possibilities for their lives.
