Located in Colville, WA, the Volunteer Food & Resource Center is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by providing essential food assistance through supplemental food boxes for families and individuals in need. Our multifaceted approach extends beyond just emergency food by offering critical support services, including referrals for household emergencies and the administration of programs such as The Salvation Army voucher and Avista Cares Utility Assistance. We believe in empowering the community, which is why we also facilitate enrollment for children aged 8-12 in the Camp Gifford Summer Camp Program, manage the Tree of Sharing Program, and provide valuable job training opportunities for youth and volunteers. At the Volunteer Food & Resource Center, we strive to uplift and support our neighbors with care and commitment.
