The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Burlington, WA, is dedicated to nurturing a new generation of leaders who advocate for a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. Through comprehensive training without tuition fees, we ensure accessibility for all aspiring fellows. Participants engage in immersive organic food system education, where they learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement educational health initiatives, maintain community gardens, and integrate food literacy into school programs. Selected fellows will experience six months of hands-on learning at Allegheny Farm, followed by a Community Action Year, where they apply their skills in partnership with local non-profits.
