Leanna Ramsey, MA, LMHC, understands that life can often feel overwhelming, and the hardest part is when individuals feel stuck in that overwhelming experience. She aims to help clients articulate their stories and navigate their pain, fostering a sense of connection and understanding. Leanna is committed to creating a non-judgmental, honest, and compassionate space where individuals can explore their lives at their own pace. Her ultimate goal is to support clients in discovering their authentic selves, empowering them to develop self-compassion while collaboratively making plans to achieve their deepest desires. Leanna draws from diverse therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, narrative, relational therapy, as well as sensory support, strength-based methods, and internal family systems. As a cis white bisexual woman with a sensory processing disorder, and as a mother and wife, her unique perspective informs her practice. Leanna's approach and her intersectional feminist values are key components of her work, and the true measure of her success is found in the genuine connection created when clients enter her space and their eyes meet.
