Kristin Mcguinness, LICSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who specializes in supporting preteens, teens, and adults. With her background as a mother of children facing special challenges and decades of experience in special education, Kristin brings a deep understanding to her work with families. Her expertise includes helping children navigate grief, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and social skills development. In addition, she has recently earned a certificate in Independent Educational Consulting and actively supports teens through the complexities of college admissions, including those with disabilities. Kristin offers a range of services, including parent coaching, individual therapy for children aged 10 and above, and counseling for adults dealing with parenting difficulties, grief, and stress management. She also provides specialized counseling for women whose spouses are on the autism spectrum, as well as comprehensive college application and career counseling packages for teenagers.
