Cassandra Kotlarchik is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate the societal pressures that can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression. Recognizing the unique challenges women face, she specializes in addressing food and body image issues, as well as providing support during pregnancy and the postpartum period. With nine years of experience in a residential eating disorder program—four of which she served as the Program Director—Cassandra brings extensive knowledge to her practice. She holds certifications as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS-C) and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C), as well as being an IAEDP Approved Consultant and an Approved Supervisor in Washington State. Cassandra believes in the power of collaboration, often communicating with her clients' healthcare providers, including doctors, psychiatrists, and dietitians, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in non-diet principles, emphasizing Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size® methods, allowing clients to foster a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
