Hope House Street Outreach, part of Catholic Community Services of Western Washington, is dedicated to providing essential support and emergency services to the homeless and low-income individuals in Blaine, WA, and the surrounding Whatcom County. Our mission is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone in need can find compassionate assistance. We offer a continuum of care through our innovative programs, including emergency shelters, day centers, and street ministry initiatives that deliver food assistance and essential supplies directly to those living on the streets. At Hope House, our dedicated volunteers facilitate the Sharing Shop and Above and Beyond Shop, where individuals can access free clothing, personal care items, and emergency food when the local food bank is closed.
