Dr. Sage Willis is a compassionate psychologist who specializes in working with college students and the LGBTQIA+ community, including individuals from the transgender and gender-diverse spectrum. With a focus on clients aged 13 and up, Dr. Willis welcomes a diverse array of queer identities, including non-binary, asexual, demisexual, pansexual, intersex, and beyond. Open and inclusive, Dr. Willis also engages with individuals who do not identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, creating a safe space for all. With a particular passion for the teen and young adult years, she employs a variety of therapeutic modalities including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Person-Centered approaches, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring her methods to each client’s unique needs. Dr. Willis is dedicated to guiding clients through identity exploration and personal growth, as well as addressing challenges such as depression, grief, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and the adjustments that come with entering and succeeding in college. With previous experience working in university counseling centers that prioritize diversity, Dr. Willis has collaborated with clients from varied backgrounds, including racial, ethnic, and sexual diversity.
