Robyn Howlett, a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, extends a warm welcome from Cove Counseling. Passionate about facilitating healing in the mind, body, and spirit, she utilizes a diverse array of modalities including Brainspotting, Nutritional Integrated Medicine, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others. Robyn’s practice is characterized by compassion, empathy, and a touch of humor, creating a comfortable, relaxed, and safe therapeutic space. Clients can expect to engage in discussions about exercise, supplementation, and sleep to promote personal growth, while also bringing their own strengths and expertise into the sessions. Originally hailing from Canada, with roots in a family that recently immigrated from the Netherlands, Robyn moved to the United States to pursue university athletics and education in Alaska. There, she gained valuable experience in community-based mental health and private practice, refining her skills for integrated therapeutic work. After nearly a decade enriching her life with the culture of Alaska, she has returned to the Pacific Northwest with her family.
