Liz Warren, a dedicated therapist with credentials as a Counselor, MA, LMHC, NCC, and LPC intern, holds a degree from Antioch University New England. Her journey into therapy stems from a profound curiosity about and respect for the diversity of human experiences and the myriad influences that shape who we are. Recognizing that while we enter the world alone, we are inherently wired for connection, she explores how early interactions inform our sense of self. Liz understands that individuals develop narratives about themselves that can sometimes act as barriers to health and happiness. In her role as a therapist, she collaborates with clients to identify what may obstruct their journey toward authenticity, contentment, and peace. She supports youth aged 13 and up, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges, including relationships, eating disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and anxiety and depression. With a belief in the transformative power of relationships—especially the one we have with ourselves—Liz is committed to fostering growth and change in her clients.
