With expertise in gender identity, the psychological impacts of abusive relationships, and teen counseling, Claire employs a mindful and eclectic approach that includes Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), psychotherapeutic integration, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
