Vivienne Bae is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a Master's of Science degree in marriage and family therapy. She is deeply passionate about guiding individuals, couples, and families through their unique challenges, finding fulfillment in their growth and transformations. Vivienne believes in the inherent strength each person and family possesses to effect change in their lives. Her clinical approach is holistic, viewing each individual's struggles within a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model. She expertly employs a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems therapy. With both a mental health counselor (LMHC) and substance use disorder professional (SUDP) license, Vivienne is also recognized by the state of Washington as an ethnic minority mental health specialist (EMMHS). Fluent in both English and Korean, she has served as an individual counselor, family therapist, communication coach for couples, pre-marital therapist, and life coach. Vivienne is among the few culturally competent mental health therapists with dual licenses (LMHC and CDP), dedicated to providing supportive, effective counseling tailored to diverse backgrounds and experiences.
