An alumna of Santa Clara University, Elizabeth earned both her BS and MA while also making her mark as a commendable athlete; her basketball jersey was retired due to her outstanding contribution, holding the rebounding records for both men and women. This athletic experience laid the foundation for her enduring positivity and emphasis on human resilience. Elizabeth specializes in addressing a wide range of issues, including depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship dynamics.
