At Warehouse Food Distribution in Woodbridge, VA, we are dedicated to providing emergency food assistance to low-income individuals and families facing nutritional insecurity. Our program aims to support those in need by offering food supplies that can last from three to five days, ensuring families have access to critical nutrition. We distribute USDA food program boxes twice a month, which contain a variety of canned and dried goods to supplement other food sources. To participate, individuals must apply based on household income, with annual reapplications required. Additionally, we offer an Emergency Food Program accessible through referrals from county social workers, enabling families to access food support as needed throughout the year, with a limit of eight referrals per calendar year.
