Fred Sabia is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 30 years of experience in the field. From his early career as a teacher and his service with the Red Cross and Covenant House, it is clear that helping others has always been his passion. Fred initially pursued seminary studies, briefly considering a path to the clergy before realizing that counseling was his true calling. His own lifelong battles with anxiety and depression have fueled his commitment to alleviating mental and emotional suffering in his clients. With a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused therapy, Fred strives to empower his clients to cope with, overcome, and heal from life's challenges. He firmly believes in the potential of individuals to grow, thrive, and embrace a fulfilling life filled with love.
