Kelly Andrews is a Licensed Professional Counselor (MS, LPC, RPT) with over 16 years of experience dedicated to guiding children, adolescents, and adults on their therapeutic journeys. Known for her warm and collaborative approach, she emphasizes the importance of connecting with clients and tailoring sessions to address their unique needs, considering the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of each individual. Kelly specializes in treating issues such as sexual and domestic violence, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and grief and loss. Her diverse modalities include art therapy, play therapy, EMDR, and internal family systems (IFS), among others. Kelly's educational background includes a Master of Science in Art Therapy from EVMS, where she focused on utilizing art therapy to alleviate PTSD symptoms in amputee veterans. Additionally, she has completed Play Therapy Certification and EMDR training and is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) through Duke.
