With expertise in modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she caters to the unique needs of preteens, teens, and adults, whether in couples, individual, or family settings.
