Frank Bond is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor who understands that everyone faces obstacles that can hinder their ability to lead fulfilling lives. He believes that therapy offers a path to freedom from the challenges that interfere with an individual's true, authentic self in a safe and non-judgmental environment. After a successful career in business, Frank found that his motivations evolved, prompting him to transition into the counseling field. His goal is to leverage his rich life experiences, along with a robust educational background, to guide clients through life's sometimes tumultuous waters. Having personally benefited from counseling relationships, Frank is committed to fostering growth and healing in others. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, celebrating nearly 40 years with his spouse, and relishing the great outdoors—often with a fishing pole in hand. Frank specializes in working with teens, adults, and elders, addressing issues such as addiction, relationship dynamics, and life transitions using a blend of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered approaches, and EMDR.
