Denise Rae Mullins is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 35 years of experience in providing compassionate care to her clients. Educated and trained in Florida, she relocated to Hampton Roads to expand her expertise in residential care, where she developed valuable skills in addressing substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Denise is a strong advocate for individuals with disabilities and is passionate about promoting justice and inclusivity in her practice. Her practice, a small yet impactful one, has transitioned through various locations, currently serving clients in North Suffolk. She primarily works with adults on a part-time basis, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Throughout her career, Denise has been fortunate to have wonderful mentors who helped her refine her advanced skills in assessment and treatment.
