David Sherman is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. He supports teens, adults, and elders in enhancing their relationships with themselves and others, fostering a safe environment for exploration. David's approach is rooted in understanding clients' desires and hesitations, utilizing dynamic, client-focused, body-centered psychotherapy. Through his diverse expertise in modalities such as Somatic therapy, Trauma-Focused approaches, Positive Psychology, and Compassion-Focused strategies, David encourages individuals and couples to find joy amidst life’s challenges.
