Located in Stephens City, VA, the Congregational Community Action Project is dedicated to providing vital food assistance and essential supplies to residents of Winchester and Frederick County facing hardships. Our welcoming food pantry empowers individuals and families by allowing them to select groceries once a month, ensuring they receive the items they need most. In addition to food, we also offer pet supplies, household products, and hygiene items to support a comprehensive approach to wellbeing.
