Located in Sandston, VA, the Adult Mental Health Skill Building Program is dedicated to empowering individuals aged 18 and older who face challenges in maintaining their independence due to mental illness. Our comprehensive services are designed to foster community stability and personal growth, offering critical support in medication education, crisis management, and household management, including budgeting and health care appointment coordination. We prioritize life skill development with a focus on independent living, nutrition education, meal planning, personal hygiene, and daily living skills training.
