Time to Fly is a transformative, faith-based organization located in Rocky Mount, VA, dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence as they reclaim their identity and self-worth. Our free, comprehensive 3 Step program serves women and children across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland, offering vital services such as counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial education, computer classes, and a strong support network. Participants in our workshops will explore critical topics, including the roots of domestic violence, its devastating effects, and empowering steps to healing relationships, all while discovering God's plan for their lives. Additionally, our After Care Program addresses spiritual, emotional, and practical needs, providing life-skills workshops and access to resources for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. Childcare is available during our quarterly sessions, creating a welcoming environment for up to 50 women and 15 children to find the support they need for lasting change.
