Peninsula is a Resident in Counseling with a Master of Divinity (MDiv), a Master of Science (MS), and a Master of Arts (MA). They have served as an Ordained Baptist Minister, Campus Minister, Pastor, and Associate Pastor. With 24 and a half years of experience as a Navy Chaplain, Peninsula understands the vital role connection with others plays in navigating life's challenges. They believe that everyone has the capacity to benefit from the counseling process, and they work collaboratively with clients to ensure an enriching therapeutic experience. Peninsula is open to integrating religion and spirituality into treatment, catering to the individual needs of each client. Their special clinical focus includes anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, loss and bereavement, anger management, stress management, premarital and marital counseling, mediation, job and career matters, spiritual direction, and grief counseling. They work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, young adults, and seniors, providing treatment services for individuals, couples, families, and marital issues.
