Located in Newport News, VA, the Five Loaves Food Pantry is dedicated to fighting hunger and ensuring that those in need have access to essential food assistance. We distribute a variety of nutritious options, including fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, pastries, dairy products, and frozen food items to support our community's basic nutritional needs. On the first Tuesday of each month, we provide additional meals featuring meat and USDA foods. Our food availability fluctuates with daily donations, and we encourage individuals facing food insecurity to visit us or reach out through our Facebook page for updates on what is currently available. While we adhere to USDA TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) guidelines for pre-qualifying clients, we are committed to addressing the unique circumstances of each individual and never turning anyone away without assistance. Together, we strive to nourish the hungry across the Virginia Peninsula.
