William McKenna is a dedicated psychologist who takes pride in serving his hometown of Richmond. A graduate of Benedictine High School (2007), Belmont Abbey College (2011), and The Institute for the Psychological Sciences (2017), he is now a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in Clinical and Forensic Psychology. William's expertise encompasses psychological evaluations for a variety of concerns, including ADHD, Autism, personality disorders, and trauma, as well as educational testing for learning disabilities and private school admissions assessments. His commitment to supporting military veterans is reflected in his provision of disability evaluations. As a Nationally Registered Health Service Psychologist, William is recognized for conducting forensic evaluations pertaining to competency to stand trial and sanity assessments, and he is approved by the Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services in Virginia for these evaluations. Currently, he is expanding his expertise to include sexual offender evaluations and evaluations within capital sentencing proceedings, in addition to conducting civil commitment evaluations at Central State Hospital, Parham Doctors Hospital, and St. Marys Hospital.
