Peyton Lassiter (he/him) is a knowledgeable Licensed Resident in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy situated in Virginia, as well as a National Certified Counselor. He has developed a strong partnership experience with diverse individuals, including seniors, children, adults, couples, and families, effectively addressing mental health, grief, and relationship challenges. Peyton holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Richmond and a Master of Education in Couples, Marriage, and Family Counseling from The College of William and Mary. His therapeutic approach is grounded in strengths-based, person-centered, Gestalt, polyvagal, and structural-family methodologies. By utilizing creative and interactive techniques, he empowers clients to release unhelpful patterns and fosters the creation of new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. Peyton is dedicated to viewing clients as whole individuals, integrating their psychological, social, spiritual, and biological components into the therapeutic process.
