Christina Thomas is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an MA in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. She specializes in helping individuals—both adults and adolescents—as well as couples navigate overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship conflicts. With experience in private practice, university counseling centers, and community mental health, Christina utilizes her extensive training to empower her clients and guide them towards living a more meaningful life. Currently, she is working towards her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.
