She specializes in administering the PREPARE (pre-marriage counseling) and ENRICH (marriage counseling) inventories, incorporating comprehensive assessment and skill-building techniques. With six years of extensive experience in the mental health field, Lindsey has worked across various settings, including Intensive In-Home Services, outpatient counseling, and even in school settings, where she recently supervised a therapeutic program for children. Lindsey is dedicated to helping individuals, couples (pre-marriage and marriage), families, children, and adolescents who are experiencing struggles and are seeking healing and positive change in their lives. She primarily employs a cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling while seamlessly integrating strategies from various therapeutic modalities to cater to each client’s unique needs.
