Kimberly Plourde is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been serving individuals, couples, and families since 2006. Recognizing that everyone is shaped by traumatic events or significant life stressors, Kimberly is passionate about guiding her clients toward discovering the strength and joy that can stem from healing these wounds. With her warm and friendly demeanor, she creates a supportive environment that fosters personal growth. Kimberly has extensive experience in the fields of mental health and child welfare, utilizing her training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral treatment and motivational interviewing skills. She earned her Master’s degree in social work from the University of New England and her Bachelor’s degree in social work from Gordon College. A member of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sport (ASWIS) since 2020, Kimberly is also listed in the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee Mental Health Registry. Her background in athletics as both a player and coach informs her unique perspective in therapy, enabling her to connect deeply with her clients.
