Dr. Alexi Hilton is a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 20 years of dedicated experience in supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Having attended the University of Denver and graduated in 2004, Dr. Hilton's extensive training includes working with children facing developmental disabilities and serious mental health challenges. Her journey continued in Arlington County Public Schools, where she provided individual and family therapy to both elementary and high school students. For the past 15 years, Dr. Hilton has cultivated her practice in a private setting, specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
