Lucia Abbott, a Licensed Professional Counselor, holds a Master's degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Walden University, where she graduated in 2019. With a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families, Lucia helps clients navigate challenging feelings of stress, conflict, and feeling lost or stuck. Her approach is rooted in an eco-systemic family systems model, utilizing culturally sensitive, trauma-focused, and strengths-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
