Full Circle Grief Counseling is dedicated to offering thorough bereavement support to children, adults, families, and communities. Since its establishment in 2008, it has facilitated numerous support groups and educational programs throughout Richmond and the neighboring areas. In 2018, the organization expanded its services to encompass individual counseling for children aged 3 to 17, as well as adults who are navigating the profound grief that follows the death of a loved one. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, their licensed clinical social workers focus on understanding each individual's current needs while providing a secure space for acceptance and healing. Full Circle Grief Counseling specializes in supporting those affected by various forms of grief, including loss due to traumatic events such as homicide, suicide, perinatal loss, and anticipatory grief linked to terminal illnesses. As a nonprofit organization, their mission is to ensure that quality grief support services are accessible to all by offering options for insurance filing, a reduced self-pay rate for the uninsured, and additional financial assistance when needed.
