Rhiannon Alley is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor based in the Richmond area. She earned her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from The College of William and Mary. With extensive experience working alongside families, couples, youth, and adults in various settings, Rhiannon became a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider while assisting at-risk youth in residential treatment centers. Driven to help clients navigate and heal from traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, aggression, and mood disturbances, she is passionate about fostering healthy relationships, encouraging effective communication, and inspiring authenticity in her clients’ lives. Rhiannon employs a person-centered approach, integrating cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, a family systems perspective, and holistic therapy. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes the company of animals, enjoys gardening, values family time, and stays active, reflecting her commitment to well-being.
