Located in Galax, Virginia, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutritional practices among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC provides essential services including nutrition education, supplemental foods to ensure adequate nutrition, breastfeeding promotion and support, and vital referrals for health care.
