Her clinical background encompasses work with active duty service members, wounded veterans, military families, and caregivers, focusing on transitional experiences, moral injury, and the care necessary for caregivers themselves. She uses an integrative approach that encompasses various modalities, such as Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Therapeutic Reiki (Threiki), alongside an active implementation of EMDR for trauma, grief, and anxiety.
