Megan Moore-Sobel is a compassionate pre-licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping adults and adolescents navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, career issues, family conflict, relationship dynamics, and religious or spiritual concerns. She believes that every individual possesses unique value, purpose, and gifts that they can contribute to the world, despite the challenges that may hinder their ability to experience life to the fullest. Megan understands that pursuing personal growth and healing through counseling can be one of the most challenging yet rewarding journeys in life. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that an individual's thoughts and experiences profoundly shape their reality. She provides a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental environment for clients to express their struggles openly. Currently, she is completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Falls Church Wellness Center, where she is committed to supporting her clients in their quest for wellness. With evening and weekend availability, Megan looks forward to collaborating with clients as they embark on their journey toward healing.
