After earning her undergraduate degree from Duke University and spending a decade in Corporate America, she pursued her true passion for counseling, obtaining a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Marymount University. With over ten years of counseling experience, Jordi specializes in helping teens, adults, and elders navigate challenges such as anxiety, eating disorders, and relationship issues. At Sunstone Counseling, she employs various therapeutic modalities including REBT, Narrative, Humanistic, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), working collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families.
