Benta Sims is a Licensed Professional Counselor who feels honored to work with clients during their times of vulnerability. Her special interests include postpartum depression and anxiety (PPD/PPA), infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, grief, depression, anxiety, and navigating life's transitions and relationship issues. Benta approaches therapy with optimism, compassion, and respect as she collaborates with her clients, providing a supportive and empathic space. Utilizing a variety of techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused interventions, mindfulness, and creative strategies, she tailors her approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
