Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is dedicated to serving the residents of Clifton, VA, by providing essential food assistance to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. Our compassionate food delivery program offers free, medically tailored meals without any income or insurance eligibility requirements. Every other week, clients receive nutritious groceries designed to support their unique health needs, with eight specialized meal plans to choose from, including options for vegetarian, renal, dairy-free, diabetic, heart-healthy, and more. We understand that proper nourishment is vital for health and recovery, which is why we allow the combination of up to three meal plans to best suit the dietary requirements of our recipients, ensuring that care and support are at the forefront of our mission.
