Located in Chesterfield, VA, the Food Pantry at Hanover Safe Place is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to those in need. Clients are welcome to utilize our pantry once a week, ensuring they have access to the groceries that can make a difference in their lives. Every month, we serve an average of 70 individuals, helping them navigate challenging times with both nourishing food and personal care items. Our pantry is stocked through the generosity of our community and typically includes snacks, breakfast items, canned meats and vegetables, pasta, rice, and a selection of toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and feminine products. We also encourage donations of reusable shopping bags to support our effort in making food access as seamless as possible. Together, we strive to alleviate hunger and foster a sense of dignity for every person who visits us.
