David Allen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) specializing in addiction recovery and substance use treatment for adults and elders. His approach to therapy is centered around understanding addictive behaviors, which he sees as a means of altering internal feelings through external substances.
