Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves the Burke, VA community by offering Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed specifically for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on delivering nutritious meals created by a Registered Dietitian to cater to the unique dietary needs of clients facing various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. With a commitment to health and well-being, our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to accommodate dietary restrictions. For those enrolled in Medicaid or the Older Americans Act programs, we work closely with Case Managers to ensure meal delivery is accessible. Additionally, we offer a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal for individuals seeking convenience without insurance coverage. Alongside our meal programs, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
