Located in Bassett, VA, the PRS Recovery Academy Day Program offers a supportive environment where individuals can actively pursue their recovery goals while engaging in a comprehensive psycho-educational curriculum. Our program focuses on empowering participants through essential life skills training, including anger and anxiety management, job readiness, nutrition, and stress management. By fostering a sense of community and normalcy, we help clients view themselves as students in recovery, promoting pathways to work, volunteering, and education. Unique services, such as the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and specialized workshops in topics like grief and spirituality, are tailored to facilitate holistic recovery.
